My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral analysis and treatment. I am also trained in play therapy and art therapy and use these treatment and diagnostic modalities when work with children. I am currently undergoing professional training in regression therapy and hypnotherapy and plan to incorporate these in my practice starting 2016.
I was born and raised on the West Coast and graduated from Seattle Pacific University with honors degree in Psychology. After graduation I moved to New York City to continue my studies. I received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the New York University (NYU). I also completed an internship at the NYU-Bellevue Clinical Psychology program and post-graduate professional training at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
